STANDARD SUPPLY · OEM · ODM
Choose the cooperation model before requesting a quotation.
The same inquiry form should not treat a standard J25 order, private-label packaging and a customer-specific software project as identical work. ChatField separates the three paths so scope, evidence, cost and timing can be evaluated correctly.
Standard J25 supply
Evaluate the current phone-paired J25 configuration, product documents and field workflow before a volume order.
Private-label OEM
Align brand identity, packaging, printed materials, accessories and approved presentation for the target channel.
Scoped ODM development
For qualified volume projects, define customer-specific app, firmware or system requirements through a separate feasibility and development scope.
CUSTOMIZATION SCOPE
What ChatField can customize.
Customization begins with the destination market, intended use, estimated quantity and acceptance requirements. Every approved change must appear in the quotation, sample or written development scope.
Brand identity
Logo, product naming and approved brand presentation can be aligned for the buyer’s channel.
Packaging and accessories
Review packaging structure, printed inserts, supplied accessories and labeling against the approved order.
Manuals and sales documents
Prepare buyer-facing manuals, product files and document packs that match the approved product version.
App and interface branding
Evaluate app naming, visual identity, language and workflow changes as a separately controlled software scope.
Customer-specific system
Larger projects can request dedicated system or workflow development subject to feasibility, ownership, fee and schedule approval.
Market configuration
Confirm permitted radio settings, labeling and required evidence for the destination market before production.
COMMERCIAL STARTING POINTS
Clear starting points for procurement.
The figures below are planning starting points, not unconditional delivery guarantees. Final timing depends on the approved configuration, material readiness, inspection plan, shipping method and destination.
- Minimum order
- The standard B2B minimum order quantity is 100 units. Sample evaluation and the online two-device kit follow separate purchase paths.
- Production window
- Standard production is normally completed within two weeks after the final system, design, configuration, materials and commercial terms are approved.
- Software development
- Customer-specific app, firmware or system development time is excluded from the standard production window and requires a separate written scope.
- Shipping and delivery
- Transit time begins after production and inspection. The quotation should identify the shipping method, port or destination, trade terms and estimated route.
- Warranty and service
- Warranty period, replacement, repair and technical-support terms remain order-controlled until the final public service policy is approved.
PROJECT WORKFLOW
A written path from requirement to delivery.
Each stage produces a written decision. Production does not begin from an informal message alone, and custom software timing is not counted inside the standard production window.
- 01
Define the market and field problem
Share the destination country, users, route, terrain, required functions and expected quantity.
- 02
Choose standard, OEM or ODM
Separate ordinary product supply from brand changes and customer-specific development.
- 03
Confirm the sample and evidence
Align the J25 configuration, app build, accessories, product PDF, FCC evidence and acceptance test.
- 04
Approve design and commercial scope
Freeze branding, packaging, documents, quantity, price, payment stages, lead time and delivery terms.
- 05
Produce, inspect and document
Control the approved materials, assembly, inspection, packing and shipment records.
- 06
Deliver and close acceptance
Complete shipping documents, delivery review and the agreed support handover.
WHAT IS STANDARD · WHAT REQUIRES APPROVAL
Separate available capability from project-specific commitments.
ChatField can discuss broad customization capability, but the final supplied version, documents, warranty, repair process, development fee and delivery terms must be confirmed in writing.
