WHY IT STILL WORKS OFF-GRID

The local path does not require a cellular tower.

The phone still performs the user-interface work when it is offline. Bluetooth connects the phone to a carried radio terminal, and LoRa links connect that terminal to equipped teammates.

No. The core local path uses a paired phone, Bluetooth and the LoRa mesh formed by equipped ChatField terminals. The phone can remain the interface while mobile data and Wi-Fi are unavailable.

Is ChatField a satellite communication system?

No. ChatField is a local LoRa mesh communication system. It does not provide satellite internet or a public-network connection.

Does each teammate need a communication terminal?

Each person who needs to participate in the local ChatField network should be equipped with a compatible terminal and paired phone. Team layout and node spacing should be planned around the real operating route.
